SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
DEALING WITH FINANCIAL SERVICE AUTHORITY REGULATED COMPLAINTS
£17000-£22000
WORKING IN A FRIENDLY, WELL-RESPECTED COMPANY BASED IN THE CENTRE OF BIRMINGHAM
Could you manage the full process of FSA regulated complaints (compulsory jurisdiction – predominantly mortgage endowment complaints) from receipt to resolution? YES? Then we`d like to hear from you!!
The role is varied and responsibilities will require you to
Fully investigate and resolve complaints in line with Company, FSA and Ombudsman procedures*guideline
Liaise with Customers, Financial Advisers, Mortgage Lenders, Life Offices etc and the Financial Ombudsman Service
Investigate and analyse evidence*suitability and make a decision to uphold or reject complaints based on evidence obtained*presented
Decide most appropriate remedy where necessary
Construct final resolution letters and general
